1 oz. collodial oatmeal
1 oz. powdered organic rose petals (you don’t want pesticides on your face)
1 oz. powdered honey
a few drops of fragrance (optional)

Combine the dry ingredients.
Add FO dry ingredients and stir thoroughly to distribute
Run through a flour sifter a few times to make it improve the texture.
To Use…
Place a spoonful in the palm of your hand or in a small dish, add liquid and stir into a smooth paste. Apply to skin, leave on 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
For dry skin, use a hydrosol, honey, cream, whole milk or full fat buttermilk for liquid
For Oily skin, use witch hazel, aloe vera or water for liquid
For normal skin, use anything you like, but I kinda like it mixed w/yogurt
You can also go wild and use pureed fruit\veg like cucumber, banana, strawberry, mango, papaya, etc.

1 TBS sugar, 1/2 TBS salt and a little silk fiber to water before adding lye and let dissolve. After melting hard oils on very low heat, I removed 1 cup oil and added powdered milk and stirred til dissolved. I added the lye water to the remaining oils and blended to a light trace. Added 1 TBS honey and 1% FO to the batch and mixed with SB. Then I added milk mixture and mixed completely.

I would suggest discounting the water since it’ll be really soft when it’s unmolded. It may be best to wait a few days to unmold it as well. (if discounting be cautious of what fo you choose to use in it). Be sure to run it through a lye calculator first.

FYI, this soap is not slimy like castile soaps can be. Use caution when discounting any water amount, especially when using unfamiliar FO’s.
